Overview
Mëgîl-sëhê Bî was founded durring the late 9th century, by Zleli Glkëg̈. The establishment of Mëgîl-sëhê Bî suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Mëgîl-sëhê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mëgîl-sëhê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Mëgîl-sëhê Bî is buildings are located arround a single narrow flagstone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Unfortuantly, these robustly designed timber walls are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
A look around Mëgîl-sëhê Bî has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Mëgîl-sëhê Bî long.

Cultural Notes
Religious leaders are influential in almost any community, but in Mëgîl-sëhê Bî they make up the final authorities. It may be an explicit theocracy, with rule by the clerics of a particular faith, or a temple might be so important and powerful that the official leaders are helpless to resist its will. The locals can be expected to be loyal adherents to the faith, or else the less pious majority is deeply intimidated by the religion’s believers.
Mëgîl-sëhê Bî's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town.
